Drone Inspections
With today’s standards of roofing, more and more clay / concrete tile roofs are becoming standard. Walking on them subject tiles to breaks and leaks. Which is why we offer drone inspections with HD video and photos for a complete nondestructive evaluation.
Sewer Inspections
You have one chance to inspect a home before you buy it and sewer lines are a common yet expensive system that fails in older homes. It is also common that homes only replace a portion of the sewer line as well, leaving original cast iron under the house.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging allows for a more in depth inspection of your home. Changes in temperature can indicate issues not clearly visible with the naked eye. With the use of FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) cameras we are able to identify temperature related concerns with wiring at the electrical panel and possible hidden moisture behind walls.
Pool / Spa
In ground Pool & Spa are a must especially for new home buyers. Evaluation of surface, decking, equipment, and safety features allow for education and knowledge for those new to pool / spa systems.
